Art and culture as a main contribution to democracy

The ArtForum Culture Foundation is an independent, non-profit cultural organisation operating internationally. Since summer 2025, it works in close, symbiotic partnership with the legally independent ArtForum Culture Foundation Hellas AMKE,  in Athens, Greece. Guided by its Board of Trustees, the Foundation supports art and culture through strategic initiatives, collaborations with curators, collectors, and museum professionals, and the development of a growing collection of Greek and international art. Through this independent yet collaborative framework with AMKE, the Foundation fosters creativity, integrity, and international cultural engagement.

Our main mission is dedicated to the promotion of art and culture. Giving things significance contributes to the sense of life. Everything that humans freely design, form or express in pictures serves a meaningful whole. We would like to support those creators. More practically we concentrated on a growing up collection of Greek and international art.

The Foundation collaborates with collectors, artists, and their estates, accepting donations and loans, and undertakes research on these works. Art and culture are promoted through its own projects and in cooperation with other institutions.

It is our conviction that support of art and culture can be an important contribution to promote and to get freedom, peace and prosperity.
